Return & Exchange Policy

Duty Free City Online offers a strict 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with any of the merchandise purchased, you may return unopened, unused products in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a refund. A 10% restocking fee will be charged. We also will not refund shipping cost. Returns eligibility will be determined once the products are received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any return shipment. 

Duty Free City Online does not provide prepaid shipping labels for return. Please contact us at customer_service@duty-free-city.com.

Duty Free City Online accepts returns for purchases that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact our Customer Service within 7 Days of receiving your order at customer_service@duty-free-city.com.

NOTE: Returns must be shipped directly to Duty Free City Online. Duty Free City retail stores cannot accept merchandise that originated from Duty Free City Online. Items purchased using our "Store Pickup" option must be returned at the retail store in which the products were picked up at. These products will fall under the "Return & Exchanged Policy" set for our retail stores. Please see below.

Duty Free City Retail Store Return Policy & Exchanges

At Duty Free City, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition with vendor packaging and tags. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Simply follow the guidelines below:

  • Within 15 days of purchase present the merchandise to an associate at any Duty Free City location with the original receipt or gift receipt.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit food, candies, chocolate, gourmet, or personalized items.
  • All fragrances and cosmetics returns must be unused, and unopened and in original packaging.
  • All jewelry and watches must include original documentation.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit wine, liquor, tobacco, beer, and cigars items.
  • If you do not want to exchange or replace the merchandise, a Duty Free City Gift Card will be issued for the amount of the returned merchandise.
